< Instructions for use and precautions >
1. This tour can be applied for from a minimum of 1 person to a maximum of 8 people (including infants).
2. During this tour, a maximum of two 5-seater vehicles are operated.
3. The vehicles used are KIA K7 (3000cc) or Jeep Renegade (2000cc), and the recommended number of passengers per vehicle is 3 (maximum 4).
4. There is a maximum of three carriers per vehicle that are 20 inches or smaller (for carry-on use) when boarding a vehicle.
5. All itineraries of this tour will be accompanied by a professional interpreter guide with a Chinese language license.
6. All schedules are carried out according to a set time plan, but may change depending on road traffic conditions and temple conditions.
7. In case of departure from Suwon Station, the tour may be canceled if there is a delay of more than 10 minutes during the first meeting.
8. If the Suwon Hwaseong Fortress walking tour is not possible due to bad weather, the tour may be held at Hwaseong Temporary Palace and Hwaseong Museum (indoor) in consultation with the participant.
9. The Suwon Hwaseong Fortress Trail tour is done on foot. There are many stairs and the trail is gentle on mountainous terrain, so children under 6 years old may find it difficult to walk. Please keep this in mind when making a reservation if children under 6 are included.
10. Please wear comfortable walking shoes for the Suwon Hwaseong Fortress walking tour.
11. Accommodation is a temple stay, so you will stay at Yongjusa Temple. Since men and women are strictly separated, accommodations are assigned separately. However, if you are participating as a friend or family member of the same sex, the temple will provide you with an assigned room so that you can share the same room as much as possible.
12. Things to prepare for temple stay include shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, cleansing foam, hair dryer, towel, and change of clothes. Temple Stay bathrooms have soap and toothpaste, and vests and pants are provided upon check-in. The vests and pants provided must be returned when leaving.
13. Except for mid-summer, the mornings and evenings at the mountain temple are cold, so please prepare a cardigan or jumper.
14. Meals provided during the tour include dinner on the first day and breakfast on the second day, and are provided at the temple during the temple stay. Korean Buddhism is vegetarian, so no meat, eggs, or instant foods are provided. Instead, you can enjoy fresh, nutritious vegetarian food made with seasonal herbs and vegetables, tofu and beans, etc.
15. For the convenience of travelers during the tour, explanations will be provided using a wireless transceiver as necessary. For personal hygiene, please prepare 3.5mm wired earphones.
16. Meals provided during the tour include dinner on the first day and breakfast on the second day.
17. The Danso required for the Danso one-day class is provided free of charge by the travel agency.
18. Meet up and break up location is a hotel in the Suwon area or Suwon Station. In the case of hotels, it is not possible to stay outside of Suwon. Please keep this in mind when making a reservation.
19. When making a reservation, 10% is paid by card on this homepage and the reservation is completed at the same time. For the remaining 90%, please pay the tour guide on-site at the meeting on the day of the tour in Korean Won cash or by card (VISA, Mastercard, UnionPay accepted).
20. When making a bank transfer, the 10% deposit must be transferred within 24 hours if the reservation date is 2 days or more from today, and for next-day reservations, the transfer must be completed within 1 hour. If payment is not made by the time the transfer is completed, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
21. Please refer to the refund policy for cancellations and changes after reservation.

1. Cancellation and changes to reserved products can only be made by phone during working hours. (Reference time: Korean standard time, GMT + 9)

2. General terms and conditions apply for domestic travel, and the following regulations apply when canceling or changing reservations.
① If canceled or changed 5 days before departure, 100% refund of total travel expenses
② If canceled or changed 4 days before departure, 97% of the total travel cost will be refunded.
③ If canceled or changed 3 days before departure, 94% of the total travel cost will be refunded.
④ If canceled or changed 3 days before departure, 90% of the total travel cost will be refunded.
⑤ If canceled or changed 1 day before departure, 80% of total travel expenses will be refunded.
⑥ In case of cancellation or change on the day of departure, 70% of the total travel cost will be refunded.
